RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21days have passed since the product has been received, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, contact us immediately.

The return address will be assigned to a MIGHTY INKS facility or one of our partners directly. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 21 days. If a return is not first approved by us and sent to the designated MIGHTY INKS facility as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized; such as custom ordered apparel, promotional products, signs or any product that is not directly sold as designed from MIGHTY INKS cannot be returned. Returns that qualify will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Therefore MIGHTY INKS reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment might be returned to our facility. In that case you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). If the order is delivered to a wrong address that was provided by you, we will not be liable for any of the contents and/or replacement of any of the items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Closeout items

Closeout Sale items cannot be refunded.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

If you haven’t registered an account on mightyinks.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

MIGHTY INKS does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: the provided mail address that we assign in the email.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the store credit of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be added to to your account.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Crypto Purchases

Cryptocurrencies (Crypto and Alt coins) can be used to buy goods or services but we do not offer refunds back in Crypto, due to the high volatile nature of the crypto market. In some cases our crypto holdings get converted to United State Dollars (USD) so we might not even hold that amount in crypto anymore. Every order placed and paid with crypto is verified and confirmed that the funds have been received before proceeding with the order. All crypto transactions are final regardless if the order still processing. If a refund is approved of an order that was paid in crypto, only store credit will be offered of the original order value in United State Dollars (USD) and not the current value of the used crypto.
